Chicken Egg Suprise

Chicken Egg Surprise Ingredients: ½ kilo ground chicken 1 egg, beaten 1 cup all-purpose-flour 4 hard boiled egg Salt and pepper to taste Pinch of cayenne pepper(optional) For the breading: ½ cup all-purpose flour 1 cup bread crumbs 1 egg, beaten Cooking oil Procedure: 1. In a bowl combine ground chicken, flour, ground black pepper, salt, beaten egg, cayenne pepper(optional). Mix well. 2. Divide chicken mixture into 4 equal portion. Wet your hands and take the chicken mixture. 3. Flatten the mixture in your hands and wrap the hard boiled egg in it to form a ball. 4. Place egg, flour and bread crumbs in separate bowls. 5. Coat the chicken ball in flour, followed by egg, then dredge in bread crumbs. 6. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry until golden brown. 7. Serve with catsup. Enjoy!
