So not actually a cake, but a very delicious and not so complicated way to really impress if you've forgotten to arrange anything for Valentine's Day! #shortbread #baking #layeredbiscuit You can of course create any shape/number/letter you like so it's suitable for any occasion where you want to whip up a tasty dessert. This week's DIY is three layers of shortbread sandwiched with buttercream/frosting and decorated with whatever you fancy! We've gone with gummy hearts, love hearts and blueberries.
