#IndianRecipe #Homefood #Cooking Schezwan Rice | ಶೇಜ್ವಾನ್ ರೈಸ್ | #Manipal Kitchen Schezwan rice is very popular these days just like fried rice but Schezwan chutney is used in dishes at the chinese restaurants.  This rice is prepared with a lot of veggies shallow fried and then add the chutney and finally rice and garnish with spring onion greens. Here goes the recipe: INGREDIENTS OF SEASONING: 1. Ghee - 2 tbsp 2. Chopped garlic pods - 8-10 3. Chopped Onions - 2 tbsp 4. Salt - as needed 5. Chopped beans - 2 tbsp 6. Chopped carrots - 2 tbsp 7. Chopped yellow capsicum - 2 tbsp 8. Chopped spring greens - 1 tbsp 9. Schezwan chutney - 2 tbsp 10. Cooked rice - 1 cup 11. Spring greens -  1 tbsp(to garnish) PROCEDURE: Wash and cook rice and keep it aside.  Wash and chop fine all veggies mentioned in the ingredients section.  Place a wide pan with 2 tbsp ghee in it on low flame.  When hot, add chopped garlic and keep stirring and then add chopped onion and fry till translucent.  Add salt a little and then add chopped beans, carrots, chopped yellow capsicum and fry till done , cover and cook for 2 minutes.  Add chopped spring greens and stir , then add schezwan chutney around 2 tbsp and fry .Add cooked rice and give a good mix till colourful and combined.  Add chopped spring greens  to garnish.  Yummy Schezwan rice is ready to relish plain or with any sauce of your choice! yum yum!  OTHER RICE RECIPE LINKS ON THIS CHANNEL: 1. /watch/cLUV80gzH4nzV (Spicy sweet corn so yummy) 2. /watch/AewNcg_JGKeJN (Matar-Paneer ) CHANNEL : Please subscribe to the channel by clicking on the link below and like the videos : https://bit.ly/2JulVNW FACEBOOK : https://www.facebook.com/manipalkitchen/
