INGREDIENTS
100grms shrimp
1/2 pineapple
1 egg
shallot
garlic
cooked ham
leftover rice
soy sauce
spring onion
oil
parsley
Procedure
1)Devein shrimps and take out the shell and head.
2)slice the pineapple and scrape out the meat.
3)drain to get rid excess juices.
4)minced garlic and shallot .slice cooked ham into small pieces .diced spring onion
5)Heat pan add some oil and sauté the garlic and onion. and cook till translucent then add the shrimps and simmer.add the ham
6)Add in the cooked rice and keep stirring.add pineapple and spring onion continue to cook and stir add the soy sauce and cook a little bit more. cool down a bit before putting in the pineapple
8)pour in fried rice into the pineapple shell .
9)garnish with parsley ..enjoy eating!
