PS : fry in low medium flame. donot fry in high flame since high flame will make the outer later dark and inside will not be cooked. frying in high flame may burn the fish.

Ingredients used :

garlic - 3
ginger - 1 inch
red chilli powder - 1tsp
coriander powder - 1tsp
turmeric - 1/4tsp
salt to taste
oil - 1tbsp
lemon juice - 1tbsp
rice flour - 2tbsp
water - 1 or 2 tsp (add while grinding if needed)
fish - 500g
