Today I made some test in Team Training (2 accounts id="hidden13" class="buttons"> and 2 laptops make it possible) and here some things you should to be aware of as player:
- the skill starts now at 0% and increases until 100%. If more than one crewmember has it (as you said) it is cumulative. and if the a crew member dies the perk also decreases (2 loader) or is completely gone (1 loader).
- on Autoloader it works only on a full magazine.
- on AutoREloader it also works only on a full clip and it ONLY replaces the first shell. The reload time is like to load the last shell (means fastest reload on the Italians). Fun fact: it seems the IS-3A is at a disadvantage since after switching the ammo-type you have the longest reload time to get a full clip.
- switching on Arty decreases the time to roughly 1/ of the normal reload - except when you can use Ventilation (e.g. British). On the ConquGC with a reload of 34.1 sec. it´s down to 5.7 sec. ....وسعت

They might not have intuition skill or have gold to id="hidden21" class="buttons"> reset skills without losing massive chunk of crew experience with credits. So intuition skill is literally out of reach for a long time to them, while spenders and old players can get it without problems or have it already. Making good players even better when they can change ammunation in fraction of normal reload. Giving them more tools to gain information and advantage with battle interface options that new players have no idea what they do, as there are few dozen of them all around settings. ....وسعت
