Quick and Easy Shepherd’s Pie | My Go-To Dinner Recipe

Need a quick and easy dinner recipe for tonight? Try this Shepherd's pie! It's very hearty and filling, but super easy to whip up after work. It is a go-to dinner of mine during the work week! Technically, shepherd's pie is supposed to have ground lamb, but you could easily substitute ground beef, turkey or chicken if you wanted. You could, also, switch up the veggies for whatever you had in the fridge or top with sweet potatoes instead. It is very versatile!
