For people who don’t know there is an Indian ceremony called “Annaprashan” followed in many parts of India 🇮🇳 Which is a ceremony to celebrate the weaning of your baby by giving food other than milk. It literally translates into “Food Feeding”, “First Feeding”, or “Rice Eating Ceremony”. Usually celebrated anytime from 6 months to 1 year. Odd Months for Girls and even months for Boys. The either happens in a temple or home. We decided to do our ceremony at home. Bcoz of the day lord krishna birth “JANMASTHMI” we ready Charvik as a Krishna and prepare “56 Bhog” for this Ceremony. We wanted to have all my family and friend over in Charvik’s Annaprashan but with COVID 19 situations we didn’t get the honor.
