Suji (Semolina): 1 cup
Sugar: 1 cup
Oil: 1 cup
Water: 1 cup
Crushed almonds, pistachios: according to taste
Raisins: as required
Add water, cardamom, and sugar in a pan.
Cook until sugar dissolves. When sugar dissolves turn off the flame.
In a separate pan add suji ( semolina) and ghee/oil.
Cook on low to medium flame until its color changes into light brown.
Then add sugar water in it and crushed almonds, pistachios and raisins.
Cook until water dries.
Place a butter paper in a tray and pour the halwa on in it
Refrigerate it for 1- 2 hours
