How to make Jawline slimming, V shape face, slim down your face with Exercises.
Facial exercise is a natural way Without surgery or expensive Botox.
Helps to reduce the muscles around the jaw. Reshaping the face to look slimmer.
Let's get started.
Step 1
Jaw and chin for a slimmer look.
Do this 10-20 times.
Step 2
Handful both hands pressed, press the jaw and open the mouth forward.
Do this 10-20 times.
Step 3
Massage to relax the jaw muscles.
Handful and use the knuckle to massage the jaw area 10 times.
Step 4
Massage to relax the jaw muscles.
Handful, use your knuckle to press the jaw area down to the chin.
Do this 10 times.
Step 5
Massage to relax the jaw muscles.
Handful, use your knuckle to press the chin area upwards.
Do this 10 times.
Step 6
Resizing the face to a v shape.
Push the palms against the jaw and lift it up. Hold for 5 seconds.
Do this 10 times.
Step 7
Resizing the face to a v shape.
With your thumb, push the muscles starting from the chin.
Hold for 5 seconds.
Move the position up and hold for 5 seconds.
Move the position up and hold for 5 seconds.
Step 8
Resizing the face to a v shape.
Press the index finger to create a clear V-shaped chin.
Hold for 10 seconds.
Step 9
Resizing the face to a v shape.
Use your thumb to press under the chin for 10 seconds.
Try to practice regularly and you will get a slender face.
For some people who have uneven jaws, it may be caused by chewing on one side.
Try to adjust the chewing evenly and exercise on the face to balance.

@brainoodless9287منذ 3 سنواتIve been doing this as well as other face workouts from the same channel 2-3 times every day and it does work just dont expect results immediately like id="hidden5" class="buttons"> i did lol i noticed my face seeming to be tighter and my jaw becoming just slighty a more V shape and my jaw just seeming to be smaller all together, i started seeing small results in about 3 weeks of doing this and other similar workouts 2-3 times everyday withouy skipping days the "other workouts" i was doing were workouts such as reduce chubby cheeks workouts, reduce big jaw/square jaw workouts, and smaller chin workouts. Tip: if you dont see results dont just quit keep doing it and eventually your work will pay off (this was just my experience its rlly different for everyone.) Okay so I decided to this exercise for id="hidden35" class="buttons"> about 2 weeks only as my face isn’t too fat but it could definitely be slimmer. I will update everyday (don’t worry I won’t go missing)
