Miss bipolar WMM

ADOBE AINT WORKIN -thinkin of changing to wither this, Sony, or after effects..I wreckon After efffects would be my best bet.since Ive used it once before..in a trial. BUT I KNOW how to use Vegas so im just unsure at the moment...Can people PLEASE comment on your opinion on what program I should use?!
