@SinKillerJمنذ 3 سنوات Having worked at BK until a few months back the grill marks are real. We could never claim them as "vegan" because they go in the broiler with id="hidden1" class="buttons"> everything else. The "vegan" solution is to microwave them which both looks and smells disgusting. ....وسعت 18

@stonentمنذ 3 سنوات When I tried one, I noticed the patty had perfectly flat edges around the circumference, as if it was punched out of a sheet, and I could feel that a little id="hidden5" class="buttons"> with my tongue. Also the inside texture was not the same as the outside surface. But that being said it was passable. I might not notice if I was hungry. ....وسعت 10

@briangoldberg4439منذ 3 سنوات they're okay if you make sure not to overcook them. even better if you can cook them at home and control the heat. they get good crispy bits on the id="hidden6" class="buttons"> outside if you pan fry them in butter. i tried the beyond one also, and they have a better texture, but the flavor isn't as good. ....وسعت 2

@caodesignworks2407منذ 3 سنوات I had them back to back and personally, I enjoyed the Impossiwhopper better. But it also depends on where and how it's cooked. Sometimes they literally just microwave it. Which seems to be the case here. 1

  • @
@spakecdkمنذ 3 سنوات Regular beef is so cheap because it is subsidized (so you pay for it with taxes) 2

  • @
@DustoManمنذ 3 سنوات The "Impossible" tax is $1 more than the regular whopper at least in West Central WI. They would put them on the 2 for $6 deal for a while and id="hidden15" class="buttons"> it's cheaper that way. You could even do a "side-by-side" comparison on that deal. They do use the same flame broiler as the regular patties. Fun fact, Impossible had to re-enforce the edge of the patty so that it would still hold it's shape when falling out of the broiler. Personally, I don't mind it. It tastes alright but I sometimes miss the juiciness of the regular patty. It's for sure drier which the toppings can help cover that up. ....وسعت 1

@_basho_7089منذ 3 سنوات How much does it cost for a normal whopper in the US?
  • @
@Cygnusvailandمنذ 3 سنوات Personally I think the Impossible Whopper is better with jalapenos. It seems to make up for the dryness and that missing flavor element. After that it's id="hidden16" class="buttons"> a pretty serviceable burger. I believe the way I explained it to my friends who eat burgers on the regular that it was like an burger patty made of extremely lean beef. ....وسعت

@DUKE_of_RAMBLEمنذ 2 سنوات Mom and I tried this after it finally was available in Tennessee (bought an original and impossible; we split the same ones).
Our verdict was it id="hidden17" class="buttons"> was it tasted the same. EXCEPT, that I noticed the Impossible had a distinct, additional, smokey flavor, which I really liked. Not sure if it was an added flavor, or a byproduct of the broiling process. but either way (mom noticed it as well, after I mentioned it, so it wasn't my imagination)
It was for that reason, I find the Impossible actually BEAT the original!

@Shundi12منذ 3 سنوات ".Fake charbroiled taste that you usually get with Burger King.". I used to work at BK part time when I was at Uni, and the charbroiled taste (or chargrilled if you are in the UK like me) isn't actually fake. The Broiler has chain conveyor belt that move along above some red hot elements. When you put a burger patty on the chain, the patty heats up, drips fat on to the elements which causes fire/flames to be produced from the red hot elements. The fire/flame comes up and hits the burgers which is what causes the charbroiled/chargrilled taste. Much better than sticking it on a metal plate like they do at McDonalds. ....وسعت 1

@gbinford9009منذ 3 سنوات I see the impossible whopper 2 dollar coupon sometimes in the Bk app and have grabbed it a couple times I actually liked it more than the whopper with id="hidden19" class="buttons"> "real" beef but would not pay 6 bucks for one unless I was really hungry and there was nothing else around. ....وسعت

@mythrillium2منذ 3 سنوات Honestly if the impossible brand "meat" wasn't so expensive I'd get it more often. Had it a few times at BK, along with some home cooked id="hidden20" class="buttons"> burgers with the packaged ones in store. Would definitely be fine with replacing meat with it, but it's too damn pricey as of now ....وسعت

@ElectronicSupersonicمنذ 3 سنوات Try the red robin impossible burger, it's thicker and juicier than a burger king patty. I really like it
  • @
    @toppledgodمنذ 3 سنوات There's probably a bass adjustment somewhere? 1
  • @
@jbsii1983منذ 3 سنوات I don't always eat Impossible(y); but when I do, I go with the Impossible Stacker, it is way better.
Then again if you have to add days old id="hidden21" class="buttons"> mayo/French dressing to make a sandwich "better" it's really just playing Russian roulette and adding cheese to the chamber.

@FyberOpticمنذ 3 سنوات They used to have a veggie burger that was like a Whopper Jr. based on the Beyond patty, and it was only like three bucks.
