Whole wheat kulcha and Paneer Sabji
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp oil
1/2 cup dahi/ curd
1 packet eno fruit salt
normal water and make a soft dough
Nigella seeds,
coriander leaves
For paneer Sabji
2 tbsp oil
(1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp black pepper corns
1 cinnamon stick
1 black cardamom
2 green cardamom
2 bay leaves )
2 onion chopped
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
(In a bowl add
2 tsp deggi mirch powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
Water as required )
3 tomato purée
250 g Paneer( 50 g grated 200 g diced)
1 cup water
1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
1/4 tsp garam masala
