President Ruto meets his South Sudan counterpart Salva Kiir at State House, Nairobi

President William Ruto and his South Sudan counterpart Salva Kiir have held joint talks on infrastructure to boost regional trade. Kiir who arrived in the country early Saturday signed several bilateral agreements with President William Ruto.
