ایک بار اس طریقے سے نہاری بنا کر پیش کریں - اگر مزا نہ آئے پھر کہنا #nihari #niharirecipe #beefnihari #cooking Ingredients: 600 grams of beef, cut into pieces 2 tablespoons oil or ghee 2 onions, finely sliced 2 tablespoons ginger paste 2 tablespoons garlic paste 2 tablespoons Nihari masala (available at stores) 1 teaspoon turmeric powder Salt to taste 6-7 cups water 2-3 green chilies, sliced Fresh coriander leaves, chopped Ginger slices for garnishing Instructions: Heat the oil or ghee in a pot over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they turn golden brown. Add ginger paste and garlic paste. Cook for a few minutes until the raw smell disappears. Add the beef pieces and sear them until they change color. Add Nihari masala, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the meat with the spices. Pour in enough water to cover the meat. Bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for 4-6 hours. You can also use a slow cooker for this step. Check the meat for tenderness. It should be very soft and almost falling apart. Once the meat is cooked, increase the heat to medium and cook uncovered until the gravy thickens to your desired consistency. Add green chilies and chopped coriander leaves. Let it simmer for a few more minutes. Serve the Beef Nihari hot, garnished with ginger slices and more chopped coriander leaves.
