Woden Community Service (WCS) Service User Engagement Statement of Commitment read by Jenny Kitchin, Chief Executive Officer of WCS WCS has been actively working to improve our service user engagement mechanisms. Service User Engagement is about how we partner with our service users and their support persons to design, deliver, improve and evaluate our services. A Service User Engagement Statement of Commitment, outlining principles for service user engagement and elements for creating safe shared spaces for engagement, was developed in consultation with staff, service users, support persons, and the broader Canberra Community. This Statement was publicly launched in April 2022.
