There are many hotels in La Fortuna BUT pick wisely. I have stayed in most of them several times and so I get to compare. For a high-end hotel in the La Fortuna area do not pick Hotel Amor Arenal. Simply because the amount of money you pay there are better options in the Arenal Volcano area. I am a Dutch expat and I have been living in San Jose Costa Rica for over 17 years. @trudyboyes896منذ 2 سنوات Oh Wanda we just missed you! We were in La Fortuna until last Monday. We stayed in an Airbnb and had a beautiful view of Arenal.though we had issues id="hidden1" class="buttons"> with Uber coming out to us and always had to walk at least 1km and wait half an hour. but we live and learn! Thanks for the insider views. These little things definitely all add up and can make or break your vacation! Would be interesting to know this kind of detail about the hotels where we are now.Puerto Vijeo! Some of them are $900 a night!!!! Ahhhhhhhhhh ....وسعت

    @shenequagamble1883منذ 2 سنوات Hi Wanda, thank you for sharing this information. It was very helpful. I’m in the processes of making a decision on a hotel for my December trip. Can you please share the budget hotel link? I’m considering Casa Luna Hotel and Spa and Montana De Fuego. Thank you. ....وسعت 2

    @user-jo8bp3kt5eقبل 9 أشهر I am looking to go for my anniversary in March. I noticed that Nayara Springs is now over double the cost of Amor Arenal. Do you have any suggestions for high end places like this?

    @AByteAtTechقبل 7 أشهر HI Wanda, also worked about 15 years in Tourism in CR, but went out of that business, since payment is not good! Regarding your video, I have a question, id="hidden4" class="buttons"> I was checking for videos about the Hotel Arenal Springs Resort Hotel, but got directed to yours, is there any relation or just Youtube algorithm going crazy hahaha :-) Anyway, nice video, I cached interested in some of your vidoes, based on the titles, so will be checking them out :-) ....وسعت

    @jackreilly1357العام الماضي Hey Wanda, my girlfriend and I are traveling to La Fortuna soon and were looking for something cheaper but not run down and unsafe. Our budget is around id="hidden5" class="buttons"> 60-90$ a night. Do you have any recommendations? We do not need a view or anything special but it would be nice. Thank you! ....وسعت

    @robertdavis5692منذ 2 سنوات Hola,
    So what is the name of the hotel you praised at the end of your video? (The one with lake and volcano views?) Wondering why you didn't id="hidden7" class="buttons"> inform us of that. Also, you showed us what Kioro looks like in print, but why not the other you spoke of? Is it "Desprings" Hotel? These names are not always clear when you simply speak them. Your viewers need to know how to SPELL the names in order do further research. Hey thanks anyway. I enjoy your videos.

    @Melissa-zu3dfقبل 8 أشهر We just got back and stayed at amor arenal and it was not nice. It was more of a nightmare than a vacation. Everything is at a 45 degree incline so unless id="hidden8" class="buttons"> you feel like hiking out of your room (no joke) you’re always calling for a golf cart. Pools are tiny and half of them are heated to 98 degrees. Food was average. For the price this place was seriously a joke. I’ve never wanted to leave a vacation early. Plus a lovely 3 hour drive to either airport (sarcasm). ....وسعت

    @marytica123منذ 2 سنوات EASY SOLUTION - and this applies to most "tourist destinations": BOOK THE CHEAPEST "decent" hotel, since you'll only SLEEP there id="hidden9" class="buttons"> anyhow. You can take tours to the volcano, beach, jungle, etc. - and pay for them with the $$$ you save on the hotel ! ....وسعت 1

    @richardwilkinson72منذ 2 سنوات Thanks, Wanda, for enlightening me on how much money I saved on my recent visit to La Fortuna. For $65 per night, my son and I rented an Airbnb apartment id="hidden10" class="buttons"> in the center of town that not only had two beds but two bedrooms. in addition to that, it also had a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a balcony plus access to a washer and dryer. there were also many restaurants to choose from within easy walking distance. OK, it didn’t have a view of Arenal volcano, but it was shrouded in clouds for 80% of the time we were there anyhow. we had a beautiful view of it as we entered the town. I don’t think I would have taken advantage of a hot spring as the climate there is already very warm. What we did enjoy was a swim in the river at the base of the waterfall. ....وسعت 3

    @JPMontanaroقبل 7 أشهر At least for the video you should make the bed instead of wating for room service.
