Landlords warn NYC is on the 'brink of catastrophe'

Landlords are often seen as the bad guys, the people you have to pay on time every month. But just like tenants, many of them say they've been struggling to make ends meet during the coronavirus pandemic -- and they believe the city is on the brink of catastrophe.
