INGREDIENTS:
For making batter -
Maida - 2 tbsp
Cornflour - 1 tbsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Salt as required
For coating -
Paneer - 250 grams
Cornflour - 1 tbsp
For Sauce -
Oil - 1 1/2 tbsp
Ginger - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 1 tbsp
Chopped dry red chilly - 2
Celery - 1 tbsp (optional)
Onion - 1
Capsicum - 1
Green Chillies - 2
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Hot & Sweet Sauce - 2 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp
Water - 1/4th cup
Corn Slurry - (1 tbsp - cornflour, 1 tsp - red chilly powder, 1/4th cup - water)
Sugar - 1 tsp
Spring Onions - 2 tbsp
Oil for frying
Toasted Sesame Seeds - 1 tsp ( optional )
