Wood Carving a Coronavirus Gas Mask

In this video i share step by step some of my techniques for carving .a person infected with covid 19 wearing an anti-gas mask This wooden sculpture is completely carved from a single piece of linden wood. The sculpture transmits that sense the anxiety that now dwells in our society. The virus next to us, we can’t see it but only feel its weight on our shoulders and the integral mask that covers the whole face, as a symbol of the isolation we must live.
