मिश्रडाळींचा ढोकळा बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• १/४ कप तांदूळ
• २ मोठे चमचे चणाडाळ
• २ मोठे चमचे मुगडाळ
• २ मोठे चमचे उडीदडाळ
• १/४ कप पोहे
• पाणी
• हळद
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• लसूण-हिरवी मिरचीचा ठेचा (३~४ हिरव्या मिरच्या आणि ७~८ लसूण पाकळ्या)
• १ चमचा तेल
• मोहरी
• चिमूटभर हिंग
• उभ्या चिरलेल्या हिरव्या मिरच्या
• पांढरे तीळ
• बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर

Dhokla is an all time favourite snack recipe. You can have it at any time of the day. We already have seen one dhokla recipe made from besan. This is a healthier version as we are using mixed lentils in this. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.
Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup Rice
• 2 tbsp Chana dal
• 2 tbsp Moong dal
• 2 tbsp Urad dal
• 1/4 cup Pohe
• Water
• Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• Garlic-Green chili paste (3~4 Green chilies & 7~8 Garlic cloves)
• 1 tsp Oil
• Mustard seeds
• A pinch of Hing
• Slit Green chilies
• White Sesame seeds
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
• In a bowl take rice. Add chana dal, moong dal, urad dal and mix well.
• Wash everything well with water 3-4 times.
• Soak it in enough water for about 5-6 hours.
• Wash pohe really good with water. No need to soak pohe.
• Transfer soaked rice, pulses and pohe into a blender jar.
• Add a little water and blend it into smooth paste.
• Transfer the mixture into a pot.
• Cover and ferment it overnight.
• Next day take the pot and add turmeric powder, salt, garlic-green chili paste and mix everything
well together.
• Take a tray and line it up with a wax paper at the base.
• You can grease the tray with oil instead of using wax paper.
• You can use cooker pot in place of tray.
• Pour the batter into the tray & tap the tray really good.
• Heat up water in a pan.
• Place a stand or empty pot or cooker jali at the base and put the dhokla tray on it.
• Cover and steam the dhokla on medium heat really good.
• You can steam the dhokla in idly patra or in cooker too.
• Take the tray out and check with a tooth pick or knife.
• If it comes out clean it means dhokla is steamed well.
• Cut dhokla into pieces.
• For tadka, heat up oil in a tadka pan.
• Add mustard seeds and let them pop up.
• Add hing, green chilies, sesame seeds and fry for a few seconds.
• Add the tadka on the dhokla.
• Sprinkle coriander leaves and dhokla is all ready.
• This can be a good option for kids’ lunch box too.
