You can make panner at home with milk and lemon..
INGREDIENTS :
Milk 1ltr
Lemon
METHOD :
Pour 1 ltr milk to a pan and bring it to a gentle boil on a medium flame.
Add 3 tablespoons of lemon, vinegar or ¼ cup of yogurt. Give a good stir for 1 minute
Milk begins to curdle immediately and solids separate from the whey.
Turn off the stove as soon as you see the milk has curdled completely.
Place a colander over a large bowl (to collect the strained whey).
Immediately pour cold water to get rid of the lemon smell.
Squeeze off the excess water.
Place a heavy object, Allow it to set for about 3 to 4 hours.
Remove the cloth and you will find a round block of paneer.
Slice the panner into cubes.
Smooth homemade panner is ready.
