Bernard K. Membe Tanzania Foreign Affairs Minister from 2011 U.N. General Assembly

September 21, 2011 - VOA's "Straight Talk Africa" host Shaka Ssali was joined by Bernard K. Membe Tanzania's Minister of Foreign Affairs from VOA studios at the United Nations. Mr. Membe shared his thoughts on the Libyan National Transitional Council's participation in the 2011 United Nations General Assembly and how African Union has rently changed their position on the new Libyan leadership.
